Manufacturers whose products are listed in the Navas's Best of the Best^TM section of the Navas 28800-56K Modem FAQ may use the symbols below for product promotion purposes on the Internet without charge as long as the following requirements are met:

1. The symbol must be clearly associated with (and only with) the specific product that has been listed in the Navas's Best of the Best^TM section of the Navas 28800-56K Modem FAQ.
2. The correct symbol ("Best of the Best" or "Best Runner-up") must be used.
3. The specific category in which the modem was listed [e.g., "Best modem for data (all-around)"] must appear as a caption in bold face directly beneath the symbol. (See samples below.)
4. The symbol must be hyperlinked to the Navas 28800-56K Modem FAQ (as in the samples below).
